I Am, By Nature

I am, by nature and experience, a good plumber. I believe this becomes evident once one looks at the plumbing infrastructure on the property. The septic system was designed and built to accommodate all the viable building sites on the property. It is technically sized to handle a residence with “three bedroom like rooms”, but let me tell you the septic tank and leach field could handle a hotel! The leach field is the size of an Olympic swimming pool! All the plumbing lines, which are now buried underground, are seriously oversized, in an effort to “future proof” the property. I never wanted to have to dig up those trenches to upsize any plumbing line, or to add something that I forgot, so I maxed everything out to begin with. Let me just say that both the hut and the galley have enough plumbing, and at a large enough scale, to handle a trophy home at each location.

The infrastructure that I put in will handle anything that anybody ever builds on this land. Everything that I have done has
